I'm Aymen — a London-based supply chain contractor and ex-founder. In 2020 I founded ShieldFit, a DTC fitness brand built from scratch with no outside investment, no playbook and no existing supplier relationships. Over five years I developed products across global manufacturing markets, negotiated direct with factories, built freight and logistics operations across the US, UK and Australia, and managed a full end-to-end supply chain across multiple international markets. In April 2025 ShieldFit was acquired in a multi-six figure deal.

The contacts, processes and hard-won experience from building ShieldFit are now the foundation of the work I do today. I help businesses build leaner supply chains, cut costs, and get new products from sourcing to shelf — the same gauntlet I ran on my own brand.
